Sometimes called the "Titan isopod", adult hoffmannseggi can reach over 1" in length (3cm!). Our culture has some interesting variations of both grey and tan coloration. The adults are surprisingly docile and will calmly perch on your finger.
We recommend offering rotten wood at all times for best results with this species.
