Cubaris sp "Soil" is one of the larger species of Cubaris, boasting a wide girthy body. It looks pretty silly rolled up, but unrolled is rather impressive. As you can tell, the name "Soil" most likely came from that they are the color of dry dirt.
These Cubaris also breed faster than most others, having larger broods and is unaffected seasonally. We recommend 2" of substrate, a hefty calcium source, and almost entirely moist for best success.
